My name is Chloe & here at EYA Derby I fulfil the role of the Assistant Manager, providing leadership to the setting & ensuring we are doing our very best, each and every day. I have worked within this nursery now for nearly 10 years, and have spent many of those years room based, caring directly for hundreds of children through the years. My favourite part of my role is the job satisfaction I get from making people happy, whether that be the children, their families or the staff that work tirelessly each day. Knowing people are happy with the support they have, the care they receive, and the opportunities we provide, is a wonderful feeling & one that keeps you going again & again. I am super proud to be part of a company that really puts “belonging” at the height of all priority, and I’m even prouder to be one of those pushing this each and every day.
